I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia. And I hold a Professional Teaching Certification from the University of North Carolina.
I hold certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Hula Hooping, Aqua Fitness, Spin Bikes, The MELT Method (Hand and Foot Treatment and Level 1 MELT), and I am a Personal Trainer.
I am CPR and First Aid Trained.
